The festival closes with open air performances at the river banks of the Rhone, the festival’s name giver, which flows gracefully through the breathtaking landscape of the Rhone Valley. The two sopranos DESIREE WERLEN and FRANZISKA HEINZEN as well as pianist BENJAMIN MEAD perform short concerts in Mühlebach, Obergesteln, and Gampel celebrating the beauty and richness of the region and the Lied.
