LOVESONGS is a multimedial and scenic recital about love, designed as an imaginary song cycle about love, a kind of cinematic experience exploring the universal question „What is love?“ Sung and spoken words blend with sound and video recordings to create a space to reflect. In doing so, the lyrics and music of the Middle Ages, Romanticism, or popular music merge, opening spaces for reflection on our understanding, experience, and type of love.
